US advises carriers to comply with China air zone
Fri Nov 29, 2013
Did anyone bother to read the first sentence? "The United States advised U.S. carriers to comply with China's demand " Who in the United States? (you would guess the President, since he is the Commander in Chief) Since when does the military chain of command include, 'advising,' subordinates? This c …

How the mafia works - Guy walks into your shop and says that if you ever have any problems, give him a call and he'll take care of it for a small fee. Guy walks out of your shop and sends in his employee to break up your place with a baseball bat. Shop owner calls guy and pays him money. How the US …
Biker injured in NYC clash with SUV hires celebrity attorney Gloria Allred

I watched the video and it seemed like a gang attack to me. You get hurt when acting as a member of gang - GOOD. The Feds should RICO all of them.
Syria declares its chemical weapons arsenal, first step in US-Russian deal
Fri Sep 20, 2013
If Kerry wouldn't have offhandedly have said they would back off an attack on Syria if they gave up all of their chemical weapons (and Russia ran with that statement), we'd already be bombing them. Two weeks ago the White House and their puppet media were pushing hard for attacks on Syria. They just …
Kerry to Russia: 'Do the right thing' and return NSA leaker
Mon Jun 24, 2013
@Mickey-1983943 The US became the largest economy in the world in the 1880's. Great Britain and France's time were fading already at that point (WWI never would have happened if they weren't becoming economically weaker). You need to learn more about history. A nation only has to resort to the kinds …
What we know about NSA leaker Edward Snowden
Mon Jun 10, 2013
In order to be a special forces recruit, you need to be a specialist or above. When the Army says that a recruit received no awards or earned anything, but they were an SF recruit, that's a lie. Going to the NSA without a degree and then to Booz Allen - there's something missing there. $200,000 a y …
Obama transforms mission as military struggles to remake itself
Sat May 25, 2013
Combat vet and conservative here and I agree with this. Our military is too big and too expensive....now if they would stop militarizing our police forces and bring back adherence to the constitution on all levels, this wouldn't seem like more hot air.
Cars, drivers plunge into river after Wash. I-5 bridge collapse
Fri May 24, 2013
I would be interested to see the numbers on this: how much would it cost to have brought that bridge up to higher standards and how many bombs does that work out too? We seem to have a magic war chest in this country. Every time it starts to empty out, it is magically filled again. But when it comes …
Car bomb explosions in Baghdad kill more than 60
Mon May 20, 2013
This article is misleading. We have 5 permanent bases and approx. 50,000 troops in Iraq at all times. We never left - what did we accomplish? Another colony.
In Syria, 'winning' is a relative term
Sun May 19, 2013
Hmmmm...I was in Srebrenica (where the Bosnian Massacre occurred) in 1996, a few months after 40,000 Bosnian Muslims were killed. Yes, we did sit back and let Milosevic kill tens of thousands. Then we went in and cleaned up. Maybe it is best that the US stay out of wars for awhile.
